Sorry for the slight necro-bump, but I figured this would be the best place for my question:
My GF is watching (a lot of) Jellyfin content via her iPad Air (?), which is stuck on iOS 12.something. Once you update the app's dependencies and she's stuck on an older version, will she still be able to connect to my server, regardless of its version? Or is it a matter of time until a newer server version is incompatible with the older client version?
