Every time I start Kodi, the Jellyfin for Kodi plugin has to update my entire library, which can take 5- 6 minutes and the pop-up won't dismiss itself until the update is complete. I don't know why, but when I looked at the logs, the Kodi Sync Queue seems to think that everything has been changed and queues up a full library update, even though nothing has changed and nothing has been added.
After some heavy googling, the JFK people seem to think the problem is upstream, as in there actually is an update, and Kodi Sync Queue is just picking that up. But nothing changed and I can't tell that there's anything else making changes from the logs. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know how to diagnose or fix this? It's driving me insane to the point that I am seriously considering switching away from Jellyfin.
