Jellyfin keeps freezing

Whenever I try to skip an intro, almost every time it freezes and says it will try again and it will not work unless I start from the beginning and if I try to skip again it will freeze again. I've noticed that this happens no matter the format whether it be mkv mp4 or avi

How are you watching your media? Browser? Desktop app? Phone? What OS is the playback device running?

What OS is your server running? Is it transcoding?

Can you share your jellyfin server logs via pastebin?

It happens when using safari and edge on a MacBook Air that’s uptodate as well as on the app on my FireStick 4K max.
My MacBook Air is the server it it running Ventura 13.6
As far as logs when should I upload them for I tried adding the past few days and it says I exceeded the size limit.
And as far as when it happens I have noticed it happen when it is transcoding as well as when it’s not

That transcode log looks fine for the most part. Go ahead and share the system log instead and we can see if anything look amiss.
