Deleted episodes are still on disk

Hi there, I'm new to Jellyfin and hope you may help me!

I have a docker installation on Proxmox with some YouTube videos in an extra library, configured as TV-Show. Jellyfin is version 10.11.3
If I delete an episode, there is a confirmation button to really delete which I agree. In the web-frontend the entry disappears but not on disk. The files are still there. There is no permission problem...

No matter what I do, refresh metadata or so, the episode is no longer visible to jellyfin but available on disk...

Does your user have the option to delete media enabled?

Yes, the user have had only the option to delete media in that channel and than I tried it with all libraries... no luck, the media are still on disk...

I just noticed something else: I manually deleted the episodes that had already been deleted in Jellyfin from the hard drive and saw this in the log file:

Although the episodes could no longer be found in the web client, Jellyfin knew that they still existed.

Perhaps this is a bug? I don't use the feature myself, I'd rather go an manually delete on the server than do it on the client, less chance of stuff hitting the proverbial fan IMO.

It looks like half a bug.. I found a description how Jellyfin deletes files in this bug report:

2.) "delete media" deletes the *.ts, *.jpg and *.nfo corresponding to episodes but leaves the folder structure and tvshow.nfo intact. If there are no more videos remaining for a show, the folder structure and tvshow.nfo should be deleted too. Then, the TV show will no longer appear on the Shows page.

The *.mp4 is gone, *json *nfo and *.jpg are still there... I'll wait a day or two and if they are still not deleted I'll open an issue.
