[b]When direct playing on a ThinkCentre M630eCore i5-8265U 1.60 GHz 8 GB DDR4 Desktop Mini PC the Jellyfin media player tends to crash when skipping forwards or backwards in both w10 and w11.[/b]

[b]This issue does not present itself when playing the same media on a  i7-9700k rtx 2080 w10.[/b]

[b]Server is direct playing, no transcoding.[/b]

[b]Media in question is HEVC 4k 6362 kbps.[/b]

[b]Does not seem to have any issues playing 1080p but crashes when skipping forwards/backwards for all 4k content I have tested.[/b]

Is this a hardware issue or can this be fixed with some settings?

Reproduce the problem on your ThinkCenter. Then go to C:\Users\yourUser\appdata\local\jellyfinmediaplayer\log.

Share the log in that directory via pastebin. If it is too large for pastebin, zip it and attach it to a forum post.

What version of Intel's graphics driver is installed?

That is the iGPU model. I mean the DRIVER version. Open the intel graphics control panel and provide the DRIVER version installed.

An example is "31.0.101.2130".

Graphics driver version is 30.0.101.1371

Does this happen with one video? Videos from the same source? Or all videos? The log says that the video is corrupt.
