Jellyfin Media Player Codec support in flatpak

I am running Jellyfin on a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B with 1GB RAM so i naturally i can't do transcoding on the machine. So i wish to have direct play on all media. Although most media work quite well, sometimes transcoding is required on Jellyfin Media Player flatpak version.
So in these cases i used to copy stream url and open it with vlc which plays the media well.
Yesterday i tried building it from source and the media works well in the built from source version so i don't understand what is the problem with the flatpak version.
