Not removing deleted media

I have a library that is connected to only one folder. I completely deleted the folder and its contents, but after a full library scan, the media is still on Jellyfin. How do I fix this?

I'm using the native Mac app, 10.10.7. Thanks.

Nvm, just had to remove from the library itself.

Re-add the main folder to the library, and once Jellyfin scans an empty directory, the items will be removed.
