    Hi !
Jellyfin server is installed on my Synology NAS. For several months it was working fine but for a few days, it stops everyday though logs don't show anything special. I have to click on Start in the Packet Center to relaunch it, then it's fine till the next day (and it doesn't stop at a fixed time, it varies).
I don't know what to do. I could uninstall and reinstall, but is there a way first to back up the settings (Users, shares, libraries...) before reinstalling, or a simpler way to reinstall without losing anything ?

    Thanks for your help

I'm assuming you provided a volume on the host to mount /config? If so, you can just force recreate the container. You data isn't touched, but the container is otherwise recreated from scratch.

It sounds like they’re using the unofficial SynoCommunity package rather than running it in a docker container. That’s still on 10.9.7.

I am indeed not going through Docker but through the SynoCommunity package, version 10.9.7-15. Is that wrong ?

If you want to switch to running the official Jellyfin image using Docker, you can check out my guide on how to do so: https://forum.jellyfin.org/t-guide-runni...er-compose

Maybe it will fix your issue, though you'll have to figure out how to migrate your data to Docker if you want to keep that.
