So, I realize this is a n00b question as I don't really know much about proxies and just followed a YouTube tutorial to get going

I am confused about what is supposed to go in the Networking > "Known Proxies" field

I'm currently running Duck DNS and Caddy. Do I put [local IP:PortNumber] or xx.duckdns.org or both?

    Thanks

You would put just the IP of the host running Caddy. If that host is the same one running Jellyfin, you would put the LAN IP. 192.168.X.X or whatever the LAN IP is.
