Anyone know if there's a filter for Language (audio track)? Or am I just missing something? I can't find anything in any filtering option on any of the clients.

That is not currently available as a filter.

Best way I could suggest if you're looking for an alternative: use a media manager to tag with a unique identifier (e.g., "en-a" or "en-s" for audio/subs, respectively) and filter by that tag if your client supports it. This could get messy if there are already lots of existing tags but would provide this functionality.

I did consider that, but that would mean going through each (>3000 titles) and adding that tag; doable, yes - desirable, not really; especially when Language is already encoded data on the media

Yeah I looked at this in the app I use, which has auto-tagging, but it doesn't work for languages which is disappointing. So it's not just Jellyfin, doesn't seem like a priority for many apps. That app already includes metadata for languages taken in during scans, but you can't even sort/filter, which would allow you to manually mass tag. Frustrating to find a solution...
