Hi im new to all this but i have an issue that you may be able to help with

we have 4 firesticks

3no fire tv stick 4k max 2nd gen
1 no fire tv stick

on the 3 no fire sticks when playing certain films the picture stops and cant be passed but the sound continues

when playing the same film on all three this happens at exactly the same time of the film

when the same film is played on the older fire stick it plays perfectly with out stopping 

only happening on the new firesticks,play fine on old fire stick,iphone,ipad and laptop 

any help very much appreciated

Audio (Night Mode) causes the app to crash to the home screen. Turn that off if you have it on and it works again. Latest JMP breaks this feature.
