Library is empty, but actually isn't

It won't pick up files in 1 folder out of 12.

For some reason Jellyfin  isn't picking up any of the videos in one folder, which is why it's not generating a thumbnail, which is why it's not generating the label. I click on the library and it's empty. I tried rescanning and refreshing, removing and re-adding...

There is more than one video file in the folder that it points to, and though one is VERY large, the rest are quite normal, Matrovska on one, and all the rest of MP4. I don't understand why it won't pick up the files in this folder, when it's done just fine with 11 other libraries with q their own folders.

    I hope this isn't a stupid question.

Can you share your jellyfin logs via privatebin.net? And provide examples of file and folder names? And your library's folder structure, in general?

Also, what OS is the server running? Is the storage a locally attached disk or network storage?
