I hope I’m in the right forum for this.
I have just installed Jellyfin on a ugreen NAS and I am having problems populating the library and i am getting error messages back telling me:
“The path could not be found. Please ensure the path is valid and try again”.
The path I am using is “/volume1/Films”.
This path was entered in during the set up of Jellyfin along with the following paths
/volume1/TV Series
/home/adm1n/Music
/home/adm1n/Photos
Of these 3 paths only the first one works and allows the library to populate
The “music & Photos “ lust go into an end less loop of a spinning circle which I presume is a system busy type indication I suppose there could be more than one error here.
In the drop down field in the “add library” tab only the “TV series & Photos” paths appear so I have either entered the required paths manually or by copy paste from the NAS properties.
Other than multiple tries with different “paths”, creating new folders and paths nothing works.
I have Removed both “Docker” and “jellyfin” from the NAS and re-installing them one at time and doing a re-boot after each install and still nothing.
So I am at bit of loss on how to proceed from here
Any help appreciated.
Mike
