Hey :)
I have an issue with missing trickplay images on some of my media that was entirely cause by user error on my side but I was hoping you could help me recover from it.
Background:
- After 10.9.0 release I let JF generate trickplay for all my libraries and everything went great.
- Recently I had HW acceleration misconfigured on my server for about a week. Nobody noticed because most of my usage is direct stream/play, but trickplay generation kept silently failing.
- Trickplay generation is working perfectly for new media now that I fixed the config
The issue is that any media that was added during the week with broken HWA is still missing the trickplay and I can't get JF to generate them no matter what I try. I don't have an easy way of identifying all the affected media to remove and reimport them (also it's not a small amount).
The affected content only has poster.jpg in it's jellyfin/config/metadata/library/ folder (the trickplay subdir is completely missing).
Any suggestions?
NOTE: I'm still on 10.9.11, I didn't want to trigger the trickplay migration that comes with 10.10.0 until after I solved this.
