Hi, I can't sort this out and need your help guys. I have 4 libraries and one of them it always get stuck when scanning. I removed it and added again. It does not matter what I do it gets stuck on the first file it scans. All my other libraries scans them without a problem. If I change the folder name it scans without any issue. This just started recently. Can someone point me in the right direction? Changing the name of the folder will cause me all sorts of havoc...

Scan the library to recreate the issue and post the server using privatebin. Logs are located in the dashboard menu.

I had to divide the log as I could not upload it completely to private bin

Please disable debug logging. It generates far far too much noise to sift through.

The only thing that stands out for the movies library is that it can't find the first Matrix movie. And it has two file names for that movie.

I see it scanning in other movies without issue.

When you say it "hangs", how long are we talking?

Looking at your other log, it is also scanning in files no problem. But it looks like you've enabled chapter image extraction on library scan? If that is right, that would add a lot of time to a scan if you add a bunch of new content.

Hi, yes jellyfin on the log seems to be doing it, the problem is that at the main menu they don't show up. I have no manually one by one refresh the metadata so a new one appear. Its tedious. I have renamed the directory and sorted the problem. I was trying to avoid that because of other dependencies.
As soon as I put the same name back on the directory the problem comes back. This also appeared on a new nvme drive. No ideia why it does that.

Is your media stored on a network share?
