LiveTV just hangs during playback

I have LiveTV setup connected to my HDHomeRun box.  It has never played reliably.  Regardless of channel or client after some time of watching TV the stream will hang, it might be in 5 min or an hour, but it'll hang.  The odd thing, there are no errors in the FFMPEG logs or the Jellyfin logs.  It almost looks like to Jellyfin it just stops playing.  HDHomerun will still see an active session, which cuases a secondary issue if you try and reload the page and try and stream a few items you'll exhaust your tuners and it'll fail to play at all. 

I don't have any direction without any errors so was hopeful someone else might have ran into this before and could provide some needed direction or ideas.  I don't think it's network related.  I have a theory that something in Jellyfin or the LiveTV plugin or the Transcoder that really doesn't like signal blips in the over the air signal and it cannot recover if the signal gets too bad.  I think this because weaker channels seem to hang quicker than stronger one, but this could be placebo.

You can try using a m3u proxy like threadfin, https://github.com/Threadfin/Threadfin

And set it to use vlc or ffmpgeg as a buffer.
