Playback Stutters

Hi

I am a new user , just installed Jellyfin on Raspberry Pi4  (docker).  I need help with playback ,some shows playback seems to stutter, pauses for like half a second, it is noticeable.       this video stutters and so does this one      but this one doesn't seem to stutter      .

I have tried to change the hardware acceleration to V4L2 but then I get a error Playback failed due to a fatal player error. 

Please can someone advise me on what to change.

The RPi4 and 5 have no useful acceleration hardware. We strongly discourage use of SBCs with the exception of Rockchip equipped SBCs due to Rockchips having actual video acceleration capabilities.

Your options are to pre-transcode your video into a format your clients universally support (H264 main 8-bit, AAC stereo, SRT subs, MP4 container) or use hardware capable of transcoding. Even an old 8th gen Intel CPU is very capable of transcoding.
