SOLVED: Dashboard doesn't show playback infomation

I've noticed that fairly rarely it shows the little i icon to show playback information in the dashboard nor does it update showing that its playing media. But while I'm on the server it shows up just fine. What could be causing this?

I've occasionally noticed this and couldn't find a rhyme or reason for it. It doesn't happen most of the time.

I've occasionally noticed this and couldn't find a rhyme or reason for it.  It doesn't happen most of the time.

For a workaround, I'm able to remote into a local vm and view it that way. I'm certain that it's because I have my "webpage" going through Cloudflare.
