I'm currently on Server version 10.10.6 and I can't seem to find a single Jellyfin intro player (including the one that it came with), that works. Am I using it wrong, or is it broken?

Are you talking about prerolls that play after you click on a video, but before the actual video?

Yes. Exactly what I'm trying to get working. My Jellyfin is installed on a Synology NAS, and using the Local Intro 3.0.0 player doesn't seem to work. Also I don't think I can find instructions on proper use either, so I don't know if it's broken or if it's that I'm doing something wrong. As in the case of, "what I put for local source box". I tried putting in the server address of where these Preroll videos are "//NAS/Media/Video/Local_Intros" and when I click "load video" I get a [object response] message with just the single button to click "OK"

So I don't know if it's me or if that plug in is not working. I have a few prerolls stored on my NAS, and I'm trying to find (or get this one) plug in to work like it says on the tin.

Any help, including on where I can find detailed instructions on Local Intro would be great, or a plug in that works for prefolls.

Network paths are deprecated. You must mount the network share to the host OS and then provide that mounted path to Jellyfin.

I have just tried this. I mounted the share on my Win 1 PC as n I:\ drive, and it still didn't work. I, next then just tried to load the videos on my PC itself to a folder called c:\Intro, and that didn't work. If it helps when I clicked on Load videos I get [Object Response], with nothing more than an OK button.

Am I still doing something wrong? Is there another plug in that can download and get to make this work? Currently, on running Jellyfin 10.10.7 on Synology NAS
