    Hi.
Can anyone recommend me a computer or minimum computer requirement that would be able to process a video similar to this?

Any Intel 7th gen CPU and newer. Any 1000 series Nvidia GPU and newer.

Perhaps you could provide more info? Like how many users you plan to have, etc. Anything can "handle" your video if you don't need real time processing.
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
    Storage
4x WD Red Pro 6TB CMR in RAIDZ1

Assuming you use the hardware I recommended, the kind of file you describe should start playing after a few seconds.

Also, we have a hardware selection guide you can read for more suggestions.
