Hi,
I don't have a question, more of a tip, possibly also for others who are considering upgrading to 10.11.
I just upgraded Jellyfin to 10.11. Unfortunately, the first attempt did not go smoothly. You might want to mention in your blog that the trickplay images are no longer stored in the metadata folder and are moved during the update. This is especially important if you've changed the path to save space on the system drive.
The first attempt tried to move all trickplay images, after which I had about 0 bytes free on the system drive. Then the process understandably aborted. Luckily, I had a backup.
On the second attempt, I moved /var/lib/jellyfin to my data disk via a symbolic link. It's not ideal, but better than the hard drive filling up.
Everything else went smoothly, thankfully.
If I overlooked the note, I apologize (especially to myself
).
Bye
