I have a problem with missing episode names. There is no problem with season 1 but there are no names in season 2. I am using tmdb and already checked it with tmdb.

Try removing the NFO files and doing a refresh with Replace all metadata for the series.

Try moving Season 2 out of your library in your filesystem. Then, perform a full rescan of the series with "Replace All." Once that scan is complete, re-add Season 2 to the series folder and rescan again.

Having subfolders within a library is not fully supported and can be inconsistent—sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. To ensure proper organization, libraries should be structured as follows:

    Series\
      ├── Show 1 (2000)\
      │  ├── Season 1\
      │  │  ├── S01E01.mkv
      │  │  ├── S01E02.mkv
      │  ├── Season 2\
      │  │  ├── S02E01.mkv
      │  │  ├── S02E02.mkv
      ├── Show 2 (2000)\
      │  ├── Season 1\
      │  │  ├── S01E01.mkv
      │  │  ├── S01E02.mkv
      │  ├── Season 2\
      │  │  ├── S02E01.mkv
      │  │  ├── S02E02.mkv

To prevent such issues I have selected each single folder seperatly or is there still a problem when I do it like this?

Yes, that would be support as opposed to having /data/Anime/ as the library path with the subfolders.

I have now move all animes to the anime folder and now only the anime follower as directory. Tried again all the steps above but still nothing. Anything other I can try?

You do not also have /data/Anime in another library or still present in this library?

Can you restart Jellyfin then share your jellyfin logs via privatebin.net?
