Currently running Jellyfin under Windows 11 as service in version 10.11.2

After Upgrade i did indeed a full rescan, i also tried to rescan and replace all metadata for the library, nothing helped. With 10.10.* everything was like expected

The affected library has the category "others", its a mixed movie and shows library and is in the file system as follows

    movies (folder)
    - shows (folder)
    -- showfolder (folder)
    --- showfiles.mkv
    - moviefiles.mkv

The movies have no problem to be displayed correctly with all images but the series have all no pictures anymore regardles what i do. I dont want to recreate the library completly cause i loose my watching statuses and stuff...in the log i found plenty of such entries
    Code:
[2025-11-10 02:00:07.717 +01:00] [INF] [36] Emby.Server.Implementations.Chapters.ChapterManager: Skipping chapter image extraction for "serie - s01e01" as the average chapter duration 0 was lower than the minimum threshold 10000000
[2025-11-10 02:00:07.719 +01:00] [INF] [36] Emby.Server.Implementations.Chapters.ChapterManager: Skipping chapter image extraction for "serie - s01e02" as the average chapter duration 0 was lower than the minimum threshold 10000000
but by far not for every show and is of course not true (or i dont get what counts as chapter)

Is this a bug or can this be fixed in a way? Not so nice to just watch at the "blue stencils".
