I have two identical servers, one is on some older hardware and a newer one that I am moving towards.
I have set the new server exactly like the old one with all the same plugins and the exact same settings for all the libraries.
The old server has been working for many years without any issues except for low disk space but the new server is not scanning many of the same movies, whole series and hundreds of episodes within series.
This is a log entry for one of the shows episodes that is not showing up, but for the life of me I cannot figure out why it does not show up.

And this entry clearly shows it is scanning for an episode for the show Veronica Mars but the show itself never shows up in the interface at all.
