Seems like everything else is working fine but a movie that I am 100% certain is in my movies folder does not show up with a manual search or when searching with the search function. Any ideas?

I'm using a number of metadata fetching extensions, but neither of the ones you mentioned. However, while searching my latest log file I noticed that Jellyfin somehow created the file name "The Making of Squid Game" for a file that was and should have been called "The Game". I grabbed the IMDb tt# and edited the metadata then refreshed and everything is fine now! Hopefully this post can help others who run into the same problem.
