Hi, I just started using Jellyfin and can't seem to find anything on this issue (or series of issues). My media files are not being organized correctly in Jellyfin, resulting in some episodes not even showing up, and I can't find a way to organize them in the application.

    Constraints:
    - 1. Some of the media {don't discuss media acquisition} I need to keep the same folder structure per series (I believe, at least). This means I'm subject to the whims and needs of whoever created the torrent. In some cases, this means having the main episodes in the root folder for the series and a subfolder with the specials (which is what results in the root folder episodes not appearing).

    - 2. My drive is formatted as exFAT so that I can run the Jellyfin server from my PC while home, and then use the same media on my laptop (Mac) while travelling. exFAT does not support symlinks or hardlinks.

    - 3.  I really, really don't want to effectively half my storage space by creating full copies of the files in a new folder structure.

Is there any workaround I'm not seeing for this? Or a way to manually reorganize in the web app? Should I just suck it up and make the copies?

    Thanks.
