According to Jellyfin documentation, it's possible to use QSV and VA-API together, but how to enable that?
QSV can be used together with VA-API and DXVA/D3D11VA for a more flexible hybrid transcoding pipeline.

You check "Prefer OS native DXVA or VA-API hardware decoders" for hybrid transcoding.

    Thanks :-)
It was already on, but with my Intel NUC N5105 it's not a benefit.

    Enabled ffmpeg transcoding speed: 2.14x
    Disabled ffmpeg transcoding speed: 2.25x
