Migrate from Docker Desktop to Native Windows

As I mentioned in the thread title, I want to migrate from Docker Desktop to Windows 11 because of unexpected latency (I didn't know about this fact). I know it might not be straightforward, so I'd appreciate any guidance to avoid messing things up.

You could try the migration script, but keep in mind it's not supported by the Jellyfin devs and may not work for Docker --> Windows. Depending on the size of your library, a fresh start may not be a bad thing.

The location of transferrable files will be different on both platforms and a bit of a push to get right.
