Yesterday evening I messed up my entire NAS ACL by clicking buttons I shouldn't have been pressing, leading to hours and hours of reinstalling every single application I had running on this NAS.
Have completely reinstalled everything from scratch but I have been trying to get QSV to work for 6 hours now but I'm at wits end.. I just can't get it to work anymore, it is absolutely frustrating to the point my head is hurting like hell and my mood is zero.
Just to clarify it WORKED before I became a bloody idiot and messed everything up.
The device:

Tried both of these flavors:
linuxserver/jellyfin:latest
lscr.io/linuxserver/jellyfin:latest
Followed this guide to the T:

Tried installing intel ICD from this option:
https://github.com/intel/compute-runtime/releases
Even tried installing the things required INSIDE the docker, of course to no avail.
Tried chmod 777 on /dev/dri (yes I know not ideal).
Tried chmod 777 on jellyfin folder (yes I know not ideal).
^ Tried different PUID/GUID's even root (yes I know not ideal) -- Tried /dev/dri/renderD128 as well.

At this point I'm probably going to do more harm than good to this NAS.... I'm in desperate need of help because despite banging my head against the wall for 6 hours straight, my intelligence is just too low to get it to work (again).
