    Hey everyone,

So my Jellyfin setup worked great until a few months ago when LibVLC support was dropped off from the Android TV app.

My current Android TV box seems to have issues with Exoplayer playing big 4K files. It can play all my TV Shows without any problem but it won't play any of my movies. It sometimes manages to play the first few seconds then says too many errors. For some reason, it doesn't ask the server for a transcode.

My Android TV box is provided by my ISP and has the following spec: ARM Cortex A53, 2 GB RAM, Android 10

If the issue really is my TV box I'm looking for recommendations on one that can easily run anything off my server without needing transcoding.

If you live in the US, ONN TV boxes are pretty good value. Fire TV CUBES, not sticks, are good. The Fire TV sticks have a bugged SoC that will fail to play Dolby Vision. Same with the Google TV Streamer.

Roku Ultras are also very nice.
