    TCL Roku TV
Roku TV App version 1.6 build 6
Windows 11 PC running as server

When playing a specific TV show on my Jellyfin Roku TV App the episode starts, plays for 1 second and then skips to the next episode.  It will continue this pattern until it gets to the end of the season then go back to the home screen.

It's odd that it's only 1 TV show, the other shows and movies I have are working fine.  All are .mkv files.

The show in question will play without issue from the Windows PC that it's stored on through VLC or the Jellyfin client running in Firefox.

I have a log file but I don't really know what I'm looking for.  Any help for this noob is appreciated.

    Thanks!

What are the video codecs for these files? And do you have transcoding enabled? Upload your jellyfin and ffmpeg logs to pastebin or something and link them here.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't know anything about video codecs so I did a little research and converted the episodes to H.265 and MP3 audio using VLC. That did the trick! I couldn't find what they were before but it's working now. Thanks again!
