Networking issue with Mullvad and Telegram bot

Hi,

I'm using Mullvad VPN + Telegram Notifier plugin and I have Jellyfin as an exclude app in split tunneling. When Mullvad is disabled, the Telegram Notifiers "test bot configuration" succeeds but when Mullvad is enabled, it fails and "Message could not be sent" error is logged.

Any ideas?
