Let me start with stating I'm sorry for being such a noob when it come to this, but I am totally at a loss on what is going on.

I have lost all audio when playing videos on my chromecast through the Jellyfin app on the CC. When I play through any browser on any of our PCs it works just fine. As all other apps on the Chromecast work fine ( YT, Twitch, my TV apps ) it seem to me it's something either with the app on Chromecast, or something happens when casting to my Chromecast.
I honestly don't know what version this happened with, but this has been an issue for me the last couple of months. It used to work flawlessly, but one day it just didn't send the audio through.

I have updated all packages on the server machine.

Some info that probably is needed is:
Linux: Ubuntu Headless Server Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS (GNU/Linux 6.8.0-78-generic x86_64)
    Jellyfin is on version 10.10.7
Chromecast: Android TV OS Version: 14, Security Patch 1 Jan 2025
    Jellyfin App 0.18.11

Videos plays with no issue, no lag, no stuttering .. I just don't get any audio output.
I have videos in .mp4 and .mkv but there's no differences.

Things I've tried on the Android TV app:
Audio input: Tried both Direct and Downmix to Stereo to no avail.

    On the media server app:
Fiddled around with different transcode changes like
    Hardware Acceleration
    Tone Mapping algorithm
    Deinterlacing Methods

I will state I don't know anything about what I am doing there, but I figured if I break it, I can always reinstall Smiling-face Everytime I do a change, I test and reset it before trying something new.

please advice on how I can troubleshoot further to provide any info needed to hopefully solve the issue.
I don't know what logs or how to provide logs to get further, as I'm just an old git whos still learning Linux, but tell me what you want me to do and I shall get it done.

Edit: Added a little more info.

I have the same issue on my older(2-3 years old i think) chromecast. My newer (~ 1 year) one works fine.

both have the same OS and App version.
