Is Dolby TrueHD on Android TV app supported?

I've been testing videos with different audio and all seem fine (DD, DD+, DTS, DTS-X), except TrueHD - it plays only on front speakers. It works fine on my PC on Chrome, but not on Sony Bravia. Plex plays just fine same files on same TV.
Did I miss some setting maybe? Or does Jellyfin Android app can't handle it?

Server: 10.9.9
Android app: F-Droid v2.6.2

P. S. I see Findroid says it supports TrueHD, but it's not available on a TV

In the Jellyfin for AndroidTV settings make sure that you set the audio playback to "direct" and that Dolby pass-through is enabled.

Also, you mention version "2.6.2" but that is plain Android version. There is a separate dedicated Android TV app. The current latest is 0.17.1.

Right.. On F-Droid it shows 2.6.2, but just checked on a TV and it's 0.17.0 (installed today from F-Droid)
And yes - Audio output is set to Direct
