I suspect it is to do with the updated repo. https://jellyfin.org/posts/new-ci-new-repo Gonna have to wait until somebody points me in the right direction because https://repo.jellyfin.org/server/ubuntu/...able/amd64 does not work for me!

I am 99% certain it is due to our deprecating support for non-LTS Ubuntu versions. AFAIK, changing the Jellyfin apt config to use jammy or the upcoming noble shouldn't make a difference.

I spoke with the project lead. He put mantic back in our repo. EOL non-LTS builds probably won't be re-added.
