No thumbnails, at least for downloaded Youtube videos

I installed Jellyfin (via Docker Compose) and added a small library of Youtube videos. In the interface, I don't see thumbnails for the videos. Brief google search suggests moving Screen Grabber from Image fetchers (Episodes/Movies) to the highest priority which I've tried and then scanned the library again, but thumbnails still do not show up.

Any ideas?
