    Hello,
Fairly new to all this, but i consulted the documentation, youtube, searched around and did not find a solution yet. I created a shared folder in my Synology NAS, called JF_media. In that folder i created two folders, Movies and Series. When i try to add a library, Jellyfin can only see the JF_media folder, but when i open it, no subfolders. Well, yes, it says "lost+found"?
    Why is this?
I attached pictures of the different settings from the Synology NAS.

I hope someone can help me understand why this is not working

It has been two years and I am experiencing the exact same issue. I can see root folders, but I cannot figure out how to get Jellyfin to see the actual sub folders or change the permissions. I have given jellyfin the same permissions that the user from 2023 did.

Please make a new topic and include your Jellyfin logs. You can upload them to privatebin.net.
