According to the server configuration below, MPEG2 will be transcoded to H264

Your client isn't compatible with PCM audio. If you look at the ffmpeg log, the video is copied, the audio is transcoded from PCM to AAC.

if 'Allow video playback that requires transcoding' is unchecked, Jellyfin runs in direct stream mode.

In other words, Jellyfin thinks that LG TVs cannot decode MPEG2 format. In fact, it is supported.

LG client's profile generator is based off the web version and almost no browser has support for MPEG2. This has to be added separately just for WebOS.

I tested an mpeg2/ac3 m2ts file again  file info:  https://pastebin.com/GjfLTwLp

Jellyfin played it via direct play.

I simplified the problem, but it's actually much more complicated than this.

even if I can't solve this issue, it doesn't affect me because I can simply change the server settings to avoid video transcoding.

Finally, I want to thank everyone in the Jellyfin project team. In my area, the apps available in the app store are very limited, and Jellyfin software has saved my LG TV. The software is great.
