open subtitles item priority

If I understand correctly, then the plugin can download 20 or so subtitles per day.

Is there a way to monitor what it fetched and is it possible to set prio on certain items manually? What is the logic for how it decides which subtitles to fetch next?

You can monitor what it fetched in the log. AFAIK, there is no way to dictate what gets downloaded.
