open subtitles plugin

Good Morning,

I installed the open subtitles plugin on my server and restarted it and now i am getting an error when opening up the server in both web and player.  I have attached a screenshot of the error I get when I open up the server.  Can someone please tell me how to fix this without losing all my data?
