Client freeze

Hi
After playing a video, the client freezes for a few minutes and no action can executed. This happen if I play the video for several minutes
What can I do the decrease the freeze?

My environment is
Server - synology Nas 218+
Client  - amazon fire stick 4k max, ccwgtv
