No meda data

For a little over a week i have not been able to get any any new meta data for any new shows or movies i add. My files are named correctly and everything has been working fine up till now. i tried a few things i read online but nothing seemed to work I even tried deleting jellyfin and reinstalling did not help even reinstalled the OS and started from scratch. Using Pop Os i first updated the OS then started reinstalling jellyfin using this "curl https://repo.jellyfin.org/install-debuntu.sh | sudo bash" fallowed by sudo "chmod -R 775 /media/" then added "sudo ufw allow 8096" Then went through the setup as normal added file with shows in it and they populate like normal but no show info or cover art shows up. Not using docker.

    Season 1
      S1 E1 Or Name S1 E1       Have also tried S01 S01 No diffidence

"Movie name (date)" Some times IMDb number if wrong info shows up
