    Problem:
    Playing certain files via mobile device (within the same subnet), in this case, Regular show episodes, I can't play any quality of video above 480 3 Mbps. App gives error "Source error", while Findroid crashes entirely. All qualities below work. Auto does not work. HTML web app interface on desktop works as expected, however.

    For some reason, Findroid works after 3-4 attempts. Here's an extended part of the log relevant to that quirk, not in the pastebin.

    Jellyfin android app doesn't work after several attempts, or I have not tried enough times.

    As of yet, this hasn't happened with anything else. I've restarted, reinstalled both server and client apps. I'm not sure when this issue started happening but it has begun within the last week. Consistently reproducable.

    Can you try disabling the Playback Reporting plugin, restart Jellyfin, then try again?

    Try downgrading to 10.9.2.

    I had the same issue repeatedly on android and iOS app but not via the browser. Downgraded to 10.9.2 and issue has gone away.

    My mistake. I am on 2.6.2. I read the "what's new" page on play store and thought that it was the latest verison.

    You can also try deleting the tokens for your Android in Dashboard > Device, clear the Android app's jellyfin cache, log back in.

    Issue persists. Findroid has been working okay recently coinciding with a recent update fixing crashes on mpv playback.

    Issue persists. Cache and tokens etc were cleared but the same Jellyfin Android version was used. Findroid was not tested as the latest version is working thankfully


    I typically use findroid more often but will update thread if solution is found. Will be testing out another older android device to see if it is device specific
