    Hello,

    I'm experiencing a transcoding error when attempting to watch movies and TV shows, particularly when they need to be transcoded. Upon playback, the error is as follows:
    "Playback error: The client isn't compatible with the media and the server isn't sending a compatible format." This error was not present on my old system with an older GPU (GTX960) with NVENC, but is now present on my GTX 1080 with NVENC, after cloning my old 120GB SATA boot SSD to a 128GB NVMe BOOT SSD. I have tried using DDU and reinstalling my drivers to no avail, as well as installing a newer version of FFMPEG. The end of the logs look something like this:
    Code:
    Stream mapping:
      Stream #0:0 -> #0:0 (hevc (native) -> h264 (h264_nvenc))
      Stream #0:1 -> #0:1 (eac3 (native) -> aac (native))
    Press [q] to stop, [?] for help
    [h264_nvenc @ 0000023aa06ba2c0] dl_fn->cuda_dl->cuInit(0) failed -> CUDA_ERROR_NO_DEVICE: no CUDA-capable device is detected
    [vost#0:0/h264_nvenc @ 0000023aa06ca640] Error while opening encoder - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height.
    [aac @ 0000023aa0bcf9c0] Qavg: 64420.633
    [aac @ 0000023aa0bcf9c0] 2 frames left in the queue on closing
    Conversion failed!

    It seems as if the GPU isn't being seen by Jellyfin, but why would that be occurring?

    My System is as follows.

    CPU: Ryzen 7 1700
    GPU: GIGABYTE WINDFORCE GTX 1080
    RAM: 24GB DDR4 (3x8GB)
    SSD: INTEL SSD 120GB NVMe
    OS: Windows Server 2022
    Jellyfin: 10.8.9
