Playback failed due to a fatal player error.

I am unable to play media on my server after not having problems for a month

I am trying to watch things on my server, and some things are able to play while others are not and receive the playback error "Playback failed due to a fatal player error." I was trying to add some other programs to my computer, which required me to install a different version of ffmpeg on my computer and change the path in my environment variables. I have since removed both the new ffmpeg and changed the environment variables to no longer contain that path. However, I am still unable to play certain videos. I am using jellyfin 10.10.7. In the folder is has both ffmpeg and ffprobe. I am just wanting help to fix this as everything was playing just fine up until I tried to install the new version of ffmpeg. I've tried looking through other threads on this issue and tried some solutions and couldn't get any of them to really fix my issue.

If I need to paste any logs, install something or anything like that. If I could be given instructions on how to do so to ensure that I do not mess anything up further and to ensure I get it to you guys quicker then I would greatly appreciate it.

Try playing a file that doesn't work. Then go to the Jellyfin dashboard → Logs. Copy the latest ffmpeg and log_(date) files to Pastebin and share the links here. Also, what are your server specs?

This is the most recent ffmpeg that is on my logs. It does not contain the failure of opening up a file. Since I posted on here, I shut down the server as I was leaving my house and it doesn't update the logs anymore. When I click on log_(date) on logs it says "error processing request". I can still play the media I could before, but it does not update to the log, nor does it when it fails to play the other media. I am running this server on my computer which has a 3070 GPU and a 5800x CPU with 64GB of Ram (I hope this is what you meant by server specs. If not, then please let me know).

In Dashboard->Playback->Transcoding make the following selections.

    Hardware acceleration:
    NVIDIA

Enable hardware decoding for all codecs besides:
    MPEG4 (don't select)
    HEVC RExt 8/10bit (don't select)

    Enable enhanced NVDEC decoder

    Enable hardware encoding

    Allow encoding in HEVC format

    Enable Tone mapping

I did all of those things. It did not fix the issue unfortunately. I still have the same ffmpeg in logs and the log_date can be accessed for what is now yesterday, but when put into pastebin it says that it is too large. Is there somewhere else I can paste it and/or do to make it fit on paste bin? It appears that the main things that are not able to be played are the things connected to my Shoko server using shokofin. I don't know if that entirely makes a difference, or not.

Edit: When I opened it last night after starting it was not doing anything. This morning it says generating Trickplay Images and is at 17.3% currently. Seems to take a while for it to generate haha. Just also curious what doing this process will do to help fix my issue? Not saying it won't just didn't know how it would. Sorry if it is a stupid question.
