    Playback Issue

Transcoding seemingly completes with no issue, video still buffering.

40Mbps is about the highest speed you can get from anywhere within the household. It's just a consistent 40Mbps. Not entirely sure what it's supposed to be on paper, but I know download speed is supposed to be about 1Gbps and I can just about grab 400-500Mpbs... Anyways no matter what since I am connected to WiFi I am pretty much locked to 40Mbps upload. Not entirely sure how to set up local-to-local tests.

You can setup something like iperf on two devices to do a raw network speed test.

Definitely looks like a network issue with the server. Those transfer speeds are barely enough for a single 1080P stream (assuming it's a bluray remux). Definitely not enough for 4K HDR.

Odd, I haven't had issue with 1080p stream yet... And the series I'm having issues with is also only in 1080p. I only ever have a single device streaming at a time anyways, I only concern myself with local play for myself... I wonder what the issue could be, since it is new hardware
