Jellyfin Vue for Android TV?

Absolutely love the progress with Jellyfin Web Vue and wanted to check; is there any way to use this with Android TV?

Negatory.  The Android TV client is a native client, meaning it doesn't make use of any part of jellyfin web or vue.

If you can have a web browser, surely yes. But playback support is less than ideal nowadays.
