I have Jellyfin version 10.10.3-20 installed on my Synology NAS. If I go to the hamburger menu, I don't see all the options that I should, namely Dashboard, so I can't install any plugins that I can tell.

I tried to force it by using this url
    http://10.131.250.21:8096/web/index.html...rd/plugins
    it just reroutes to
    http://10.131.250.21:8096/web/index.html#/home.html

I am logged into the NAS and Jellyfin with admin privileges. I've hunted around, but can't seem to find a solution. This screenshot is what I see from the hamburger menu. Any suggestions?

When you installed it, did you go through the setup wizard where you declare an admin?
Also try resetting the browser cache or connect from a private window to see if that fixes the issue.

It has been years since I first installed it, but I'm sure I set up myself as admin so I could set everything up. I don't think any of these options were available at that time, it was very early days with Synology support. I tried an entirely new browser that had never logged into Jellyfin before, but had the same result. Is there a way to verify admin capability? I don't actually see a way to make a new user, so it could very well be that I don't have admin.

You can re-enable the setup wizard to reset the admin credentials.

Stop the jellyfin container. Navigate in a file browser to where you mounted /config. Go to /config/config and open system.xml in a text editor. Change the value of "IsStartupWizardComplete" to false. Save, close.

Start Jellyfin. Access Jellyfin from an incognito window. It should walk you through the initial setup. This WILL NOT affect your existing data.

Provided new credentials for the admin user and keep clicking next to skip the rest of the steps.
