Possible to share Playlists?

I'd gone through the trouble of creating a playlist shuffling together all of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel in a viewing order, but was on the admin account and not the one we use to watch things.

Is there a way to copy playlists to other users, or share with them? It'd also be nice to be able to make it available to additional users, as my family also connects in, rather than just reassigning a file on the server if that's what's happening in the back end.

I don’t really use playlists outside of occasional testing, but I believe that in 10.8 playlists should be visible to all users with the small caveat that the user must have created at least one playlist before any are visible.

Hmmm, yes, it appears that after creating a "test" playlist, the other one shows up as well. Deleting said test playlist also made the other go away, so I guess your caveat is that the user must have at least one of their own playlists existing to see others'.

fwiw playlist access should be less dumb in the upcoming 10.9 release.
