I’m having a strange issue with Jellyfin where the CPU usage gets from 30% to 50%, then to 80%, and then all the way to 100% even when nothing is streaming, and the library scan never progresses beyond 0.0% (and i can't stop the scan). RAM and disk usage remain normal, but my CPU fan is constantly ramping up due to high usage.
The web UI is very slow or stuck on infinite loading (both on PC and Android app). I tried restarting the PC and the Jellyfin server multiple times — nothing changes.
I checked the logs and saw a lot of this:
[INF] LibraryMonitor: "C:\" ("C:\") will be refreshed.
[INF] LibraryMonitor: "Roaming" ("C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Roaming") will be refreshed.
[INF] LibraryMonitor: "ProgramData" ("C:\ProgramData\Microsoft") will be refreshed.
    ...

    My system specs:
    AMD Ryzen 5 7500F
    Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060
    32GB of RAM
    1TB SSD NVMe

What's more, an hour ago everything was working fine, and now everything is like this
I would be grateful for any help

You add the root directory C :\ as a library, so it scans your entire C: hard drive. When this happens, you need to nuke your setup and start from fresh.
